In my previous post, I mentioned that I produced new oil consinting of manily mono-glyceride and di-glyceride and tri-glyceride and made biodiesel from it.

Here are properities of new oil

Specific Gravity: 0,963 gr/ml (WVO is around 0,91 gr/Ml)
Titration : 1,48 ml (tickel)
PH : 7-7,72 (WVO is around 5)
Color : Dark Brown
Viscosity : Liquid form at room Temp. like honey
Biodiesel Of New Oil;
PH : 9-10
Color of Methly Ester : Amber
Separation of phase : very good (FAME and Glycerol)
3/27 test : All failure and did not pass

100 ml new oil
20 ml MEOH
0,51 gram NaOH gram 3/27 test failure-1 ml new oil-washing: less soap
Temp: 60 C time: 2 hours

Run-2
100 ml new oil
20 ml MEOH
0,6 gr NaOH 3/27 test failure 1 ml-new oil - washing -less soap
Temp: 60 C time: 2 hours

Run-3
100 ml new oil
25 ml MEOH
0,85 gr NaOH 3/27 test failure snow flake-washing too much soap.
Temp: 60 C time: 2 hours

In all of Run, there are good FAME and glycerol separation. Glycerol phase is around 30-42 ml.

What else can I do? Valuable comments would be very appricated.

Did you try to reprocess BioD which failed 3/27 ? try using the following proportions (have always worked for us) 50 ml/Liter and .135 kg/liter and see if you get additional glycerol dropout.

I agree with Rudolf. reprocessing helped me pass my 3/27. Also what failed me was excess water in my bio after wash. make sure you're dry before testing.
