I am washing biodiesel in a vertical glass pipe (d=15 cm , h=100 cm) with only aquadest, aquarium air stone and air pump 2 watt. I am adding 1/3 biodiesel into 2/3 water. The problem is that the wash water always became milky althought I have repeated 5 times overnights. What must I do?
I use palm fatty acid distillate, ethanol and sulphuric acid.

Don't bubble wash!!! Just gently mix the water with the fuel the first or second time. If you VIOLENTLY mix the first wash, you likely will have a tremendous mess to deal with. 10-25% is enough water.

Subsequent washes, mix vigorously, settle & drain.

Then to dry, look up "air drying". Basically you pump fuel to free fall through the air. Much faster and never a problem and no heating required...
