I'm about to try my first AE process... my oil is titrating at 20 NAOH... Does this process sound OK to you??

heat up my batch (100L) to 131 F
add the 10L methanol and 200 ML acid
react for a few hours and check titration level
Assuming good titration level (<6 NAOH) let it settle overnight
Next day
heat back up to 131 F
Add 10L methanol and appropriate amount of lye
react and let settle overnight again

Am I missing something? Also- Once the tiration drops, is there a need to let it settle before moving on to the second stage? Do i need to drain off the acid/water?
