I'm new to this and i'm trying to understand it but when I read the Titration part on biodiesel community it say to use ispropyl alchohol- Red Bottle Iso heat but the 1 liter Dr.Pepper Bottle Never says a thing is the Ispropyl alchohol and Methanal HeetGas-Line Antifreeze in yellow bottle the same thing?

Nope!

Yellow HEET is methanol, used to make biodiesel.

Red HEET is isopropanol, used for titration.
