I have gone to two different restaurants and have tested their oil. Each one comes in at over 50 drops. I did secure some oil that was guaranteed to have been only used once. It tested in at 6 drops. I also tested my KOH/Water on brand new oil and it came in at 3 drops. I am using Phenol drops. Am I doing something wrong or am I just living near really bad restaurants?

"Drops" is nearly meaningless-- drops are dependant on orifice size.

How many drops per ml is your dropper ??

So your sources titrate at a 2.5. Sounds like good oil to me.

Okay, thanks. I guess I shouldn't be comparing it to brand new oil. My first batch I ran came in at .5 so then I thought I was going to have to dump the rest. I have had so much trouble trying to secure used oil. If it's not the SRS technology, it is the "night raiders".

I titrate similar to the method you are using but instead of counting drops I weigh the sample before and after titration. From an earlier post you mentioned you had reloading scales. With scales that can measure a drop this would improve consistency.
