Paper like that dont mean diddly squat, say a restaurant decides to break your "Contract" what are you gonna do? Sue? Are you a licensed renderer? Do you have the permits necessary in your area to remove waste vegetable oil? If you were to sue do you have the cash to pay a lawyer? The restaurant does, it's covered under their business policy, also if you sued them and word got around how many other restaurants would be lining up to sign your contract?
