or do you need a intank pump? i want to setup a two tank system, does the tank need a pump in it to push fuel to the injector pump? i know older 1.6'd pulled the fuel themselves. this is for a 03 jetta

If it's pre-2004, non-PD, the stock ip will pull wvo.
Not sure about a PD, but you probably need an electric fuel pump to push the WVO.

You can also do a electic valve-less design where an electric pump pushes a T'd one-way valve instead of the typical 3 way valves. Veggie-stroke is an example.
