I recently bought a 2000 Jetta TDI and I want to make the conversion to SVO. I have a friend that makes conversion on old Mercedez, What would be different with a Jetta TDI? Do I really have to change glow plugs? I haven't done much reading but my friend ask me to check how many psi do my 1.9l engine needs to inject the oil. Please help me converting my Jetta into a Veggie Burner...

That's easy, you'll never have to worry about gelling, you can go to the thinning section of this fourm and get lots of advice on it, I use stale gas for my major thinner that I recycle from the local boat yard, they otherwise have to pay big bucks to get rid of it, I know you can get AMSOIL products on the island and you should be able to obtane the rest, as for price, if your not paying for the wvo or the stale gas, than the rest is trivial, you should only need 15% stale gas at the most in your climate!
