I have read this page for the first time and think it's great especially re the VW TDi.
MY problem is that I have a '95 LR discovey and can get no help from LR Australia or it's agents re the compatability of my fuel pump material and seals, hoses etc, using Bio at any strength,
I have made and run my LR on upto 100% with out noticabe diff. in performance and have had my Bio fuel tested by the South Aust. testing LAb. Although tested OK to all known specs.,SG.888,PH7 ,etc they were also very sceptical as is every one I speak with. Can anyone using BIO in a '95 Discovery advise on their findings or if anyone can tell me the address (e-mail) or phone of the technical dept of LR UK I would be greatful.

If not compatible, the fuel system is easily sorted out with chemical resistant hoses and silicone rubber gaskets.

What is the fuel injection pump manufacturer? Bosch is almost certainly OK. All their repair kits are bio compatible, so new equipment must also be compatible (why suffer cost of running two sets of seals for every pump type)

Contact with the injection pump maufacturer may be more useful than with LR.
