I just wanted to post and say hello and introduce myself as well as my shop.

My name is Mark I work with Massa Green Enterprises (MGE) located in Sterling Va, right off Rt 28, close to the Dulles Toll Rd as well as Rt 7

We are a full time full service "veggie shop" for lack of a better term. Thats all we do is veggie, well we do have some dynodiesel H1 Hummers that come though from time to time. (owner is a huge Hummer-head and runs his on WVO)

We are a Golden Fuel Systems distributor and installer.

In addition to WVO conversions we process, buy, sell and deliver oil. We stock Racor filters, and filter socks. We sell drums, IBC totes and are a Diesel Craft centrifuge dealer.

Wether you already have a WVO system installed in your vehicle, you are interested in one, or just learing more about our oil or anything else WVO related feel free to give us a call at 240 404 7725
email me at Mark.Diederich@gomge.com

The local (Houston) GFS distributor has done a two-tank WVO conversion on an H1 Hummer. You might want to talk to them about it -- it was pretty labor intensive, but turned out really nice, too. American Greenfuels. Tell them I sent you.

I used to live up in Arlington, and spent a lot of cold, clear winter afternoons terrorizing the Blue Ridge Parkway / Skyline Drive in my 911. Good times.

Cheers, John

Sam (Massa)'s Hummer is pretty slick, except for the extra hoses you'd never know that one of the two stock diesel tanks is for VO.

He's also got an integrated One-Shot built in.

It makes a great rolling billboard. Right now its waiting for a new motor. The 8th cyl cracked, its a common early H1 problem. Injectors and rings were beautifully clean after I don't know how many thousand miles running VO.

I too love the BRP and 211, I never had a chance to take my 944 out there but I like playing catch with the Porsche guys on my bike.

Howdy, and welcome to the board. It's about time that someone opened up shop in the DC area. I'm up here in Rockville, MD, and have been involved with this WVO thing for about 4 years now. I've told numerous installers/kit manufacturers over the years that the Washington DC area is a densely populated, untapped market. I've also had at least a dozen or so folks ask me about any local installers.

Do you guys exclusively install GFS systems, or will you install others? If you ever find your way up in this neck of the woods give me a shout. fchu007(at)gmail(dot) com. Likewise, if I'm ever down your way, I'd love to swing by your shop.

BTW. I recently sold my 86 911 Cab (partial trade for a BMW K75S). That was a fun car, although my buddies' 87 had a much better transmission.

We've been open here is Sterling for a little over a year (I've only been with the company for 4 months)
We only install GFS kits, but with our knowlege of veggie systems we'd we willing to help customers with other kits. Give us a call.

I too belive there is a good market here in the DC metro area. I hope to reach out to it and I think the Internet is a great place to start.

Frank, I don't make it up to Rockville all too often, I do head through Frederick regularly for oil deliveries though.

If you talk to any of those dozen or so people re: local installers send them down my way and we'd be MORE than happy to get them set up. I might need to set up a referral bonus program.
