I have collected about 50 Gallons of WVO from a local restaurant. On the bottom of each of the 5 gal oil jugs there is a 1/3rd layer of white sludge. Do I want to include this in my oil to be heated or pour off as much oil from the top and discard the white sludge? Thanks john
