I just made my 1st 1ltr. test batch of oil-- it went well, Then I washed it too hard and got a vanilla milkshake. Next I remembered reading "Breaking Emulsions" by Jack Jones. I tried it and it worked----Thanks, Bruce.

It's amazing how well that process works.
Still amazes me every time I watch it break an emulsion (of course, the fact we take "garbage" a.k.a. WVO and turn it into biodiesel is also still amazing)
