I looked at the CBOT pricing for Soybean oil and am wondering what are the units of the pricing?

Is that per gallon, per liter, per pound?

cheers,
Lonnie

Thanks and have a great day,

The price quote is for crude soybean oil FOB Chicago. To convert to fully refined oil one adds the cash basis, freight, and processing charges. the cost for jumbo rail cars of finished oil delivered to the West Coast today is about 40.5 cents per pound or about $3.11 per gallon.
