I'm going to look 2000 F250 4 door with 250 on the clock. what should I look for?Its going to run BD.

The thing you need to watch for on those trucks is the oil pans rot out commonly. Check to see if it is rotted or if it has been replaced. Once replaced they dont seem to have the problem anymore.
