I would like to use 2 propane tanks to build an outdoor wood fired boiler. I can't find anyone how can tell me how to cut these tanks open so I can work with them.
Maybe this idea is just CRAZY.

These tanks are free and look like they would work good

-what size tanks?
-air the tanks out well, flush them with water if there not to big, hook up the exaust from your car and fill the tanks with exhaust, then be brave and cut them with a torch. I've cut lots of 100lb and smaller tanks with no problems.
-try to get hold of fabricator, has experiance with larger tanks. Tom
