If you are looking for an alternative to infopop as a forum hosting service I suggest

Websitetoolbox


I chose it mainly for its indexed layout of forums.
But the search feature is excellent and those of us who have trouble typeing accurrately like the spell check feature as well.

Having used it for three years now I can say it is very easy to use and the service has been 100%.

And it is very inexpensive.
