Hey all....

I just a newbee on this ... I have been making biodiesel a lot in a plastic tank with heater and pump an so ... but now I want to make GL processor... and some questions for this goes:

I have in mind to use a refrigerator as vacuum like in this http://home.swbell.net/scrof/Biod_Proc.html

But there will be some vapour thougt the vacuum pump (refrigerator) and can this be dangeours ? explosion of the mehanol vapour because the refrigerator become hot the
little amount of vapours would ignite and explosion ??

Thanks....

I would think this would be very dangerous! A standard refrigerator compressor is not made to pump volatile liquids. However I believe a propane powered refer unit may be more suitable I really am not sure enough to give you a definitive answer...
