Make methanol from the glycerol
For adding value to the glycerol produced with the small SAVOIA modules, (from 400 to 6000 L/day of biodiesel) we are now offering affordable systems to produce methanol from those glycerol.

The proprietary hydrogenolisys reaction is made at low pressure with an H2 generator from water.

At present the only available model can process up to 1000 L/day of glycerol, giving around 35% methanol, 35% FFA, 30% glycols.

I hope this technology will be useful to solve the glycerol disposal problem, saving costs at the same time.
