You dont give enough information.
I used to get horrific emusions due to the impeller of my pump being so fast it was like a whisk. But I only ever had an emulsion once when doing the 5% prewash; thats when i did an experiment and added 7%. So maybe you added too much water. High titrating oil is always liable to be troublesome. I would recommend a dry wash method - no emulsions, no waiting for days for drying, no waste of hot water, and greatly reduced hands-on time. |

The 5% water prewash is normally done on biodiesel at the end of the reaction. If you want to wash your oil with water it's usually best to do it very gently.
I have some extra drums in Kennesaw that I need to get rid of. If you want any of them let me know. Ken |

I did it after the reaction and i think it was caused by the speed of the pump impeller i do have enough drums thanks for the offer
