Used cooking oil and used vegetable oil are basically/likely the same thing, though some "cooking oil" may be animal fat (or lard or shortening or hydrogenated whatever) as well. The only difference between fat and oil is temperature.
The oil should be around 140-150 degrees when you add the methanol and caustic mixture. No need to cross-post multiple times ( http://biodiesel.infopop.cc/ev...19605551/m/824105582 ). Cheers, John |
