CAN ANYONE ENLIGHTEN ME THE MOST EFFICIENT CONTINOUS PROCESS FOR SAY 25,000 LITERS A DAY CAPACITY COCONUT OIL BIO DIESEL PROCESSING PLANT?

BEEN HEARING ABOUT ULTRASONIC PROCESS, ELECTROSTATIC GLYERIN SEPARATION, ETC. THE MORE I READ THE MORE I GOT MIXED UP>>>

There is no universally-recognized best process. The only way to find out which one is right for you is to go beyond this forum and do a lot of research.

BTW, both the scale of your intended project, and the feedstock, are things that go beyond the expertise of most folks here.

There are no shortcuts. Best to be at peace with that before you proceed.

Thanks for your reply and comment. I am only concerned on increasing capacity using the same reactor.

What is your take on improving quality/capacity on the following:
1. electrostatic glycerol/bio diesel for larger volume say 10,000 liter per batch?
2. incoporating ultrasonic process?
3. What is the best substitute for a centrifuge?
