Just about to get started. I have equipment on the way and in the process of some fabrications.
Is anyone in the Chicago area, western suburbs here. Would love to get in on some wvo sources, share what we have, work together opposed to against. I'd hate to find a restaurant that is the supply to someone else. I am not trying to steal any one's resources. I know there was talk about a possible co-op starting.
