Trip down memory lane! The author of that article Professor David Hall was a champion of 'clean' technologies long before the term was widely used. Alas he died prematurely from cancer in '99 at 63 years whilst at the top of his profession. He had hoped for much buy-in from manufacturers of IC engines in the use of biofuels. I think he would be disappointed.
