Looks pretty good . Is the trailer in the background for collecting WVO ? I have been thinking of a setup like that .

OK, so I've been in hiding around here (someone asked if I'd died or something).

Once diesel prices shot through the air so did my inbox. I'm just barely catching up.....

Well, between here & the other forums I've collected a TON of great suggestions that I've turned into bumper stickers.

I just posted one along the lines of the warranty thing:

Plus a bunch of ones about fighting terrorism with biodiesel.

Thats funny, but true. The folks in the Eastern Panhandle of WV ran a story about a fellow driving through town with his WVO powered car. They kept calling it a BIO-diesel car in the article and that it needed to be "converted". Well thats fine and dandy, because it was true, however to run "biodiesel" no conversion is necessary.

I think its important to keep WVO and Biodiesel distinct. People might be more accepting of commercial/homebrew biodiesel considering it does not require vehicle conversion.

and publication 510."
It appears 400 gallons per QUARTER is the Federal Tax exemption. I also believe it is per person using the vehicle (not real sure on this) I do know that in Texas, biodiesel is state tax exempt upto the percentage you use upto and including B100.

I finally got brave one day & called the Utah State Tax Commissin for the tax laws in Utah on bio. Looks like we don't have any state exemptions for it's use here (ugh!) We have to pay the full diesel excise tax when it's used (happy, happy, joy joy, the tax man was not a joy).

That's cool on the Federal Tax Exemption though.

Yep. Cafe Press rocks! Just design your image & upload it. As long as it's not copyrighted & ya follow their rules, you can make as many as you want. They have a monthly fee if you want to post more than 1 of an item (ie. I have over 90 bumper stickers now posted there so it was well worth it to me).

I've really like them. I don't do it so much to make any money (which I don't make a lot there), but more of a contribution to the biodiesel community at large. I also do it because it's a heck of a lot of fun.

Plus it's an easy way for anyone that sends me a suggestion to get a bumper sticker made & posted....it's a ton of fun!
