All, I'm dry fitting my plumbing right now from the apple seed to the Wash Tank. I got the idea to put a return from the washtank looped back to the front side of the Northern pump. This would allow me to pump the biodiesel back into the processor to heat up or reprocess if necessary. How does that sound...any negative issues or opinions as to why that would be a waste of materials and time. Thanks.

It would contaminate the processor and pump with water.

I would have drained the wash tank using the standpipe above any water level, but point well taken. Think I'll change my mind.

Thanks, Rick.
