Little background....

Started making and using bio approx 5 months ago.

I ran a few bad batches blended heavily with petro diesel (Approximately 20% bad bio) By bad I mean under reacted.

The last 300 gallons have passed 3/27 as well as soap and water tests fairly well.

I changed the filter after 2000 miles and it was really bad.

I just started having a miss while at idle, I cant feel it at all normal driving of climbing hills with a load.

I changed the filter again yesterday and it still looks new only wet. (No junk or slime)

I ran till empty and filled tank with Petro diesel, Same issues.

Any help would be appreciated

I have an 06 and I was interested in this until you said you ran unreacted bio through it. On a serious note, I cant see how unreacted bio is much different that pure filter veggy oil. People run 50/50 veg/diesel all the time. Honestly, unless the fuel passes all my tests, it goes no where near my tank. Your water drain and housing to your filter cap is all close and installed correctly? No air leaks? Let me know if you have fixed this problem. I'm curious. Are you making sure you are using nothing but water free fuel? I know water period can seriously cause problems and fast.
