I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble or had trouble getting the book they purchased from girlmark through pay pal. It has been over a month now for me. I have sent her four emails with no response from her. Does anyone know why it takes so long? I am sorry for posting this here, but at this point I do not see where it could hurt. Maybe somebody knows her and could rely this message. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.
I ordered the book December 8 and have sent three emails to Girlmark with no reply. I would really like to get a copy of the book but I am wondering if I should try to cancel through Paypal and look more into books that are being offered by others.

You two are not the only ones having problems with her "timely" actions and I too have opened a dispute with paypal. Have not heard anything yet. If some of her friends read this I wish they would talk to her personally and help her realize this is not the way to do business. Alex

Take it easy. This happens with GM's book periodically as she seems to be quite busy. If you need information quickly, try the CBT or check out Rick's book. I have copies of both and can say Rick's book is a much more complete resource, though it might be a bit intimidating (information overload).
I'm glad I decided to look around. I too have not gotten any response from my emails.
ebztz, I have no problem if she is busy and the book is delayed, but when you sell a product and accept my money, then I expect at least confirmation that you intend to send me my purchase and some estimate of when. I know she has internet access as she has posted to her blog, so she could reply to her customer's emails as well.

I agree with you entirely. Girl Mark has done a LOT for the Biodiesel community, but this has happened repeatedly, and is difficult to understand.
I recommend Rick's book, linked above. I've spoken with Rick a number of times on the phone; he's very accessible, knowledgeable, and works to improve on things he sells.
