I need some help from some one who has started from scratch, i wolud like to be able to email on a regular basis,possible step by step.I am ready to start but there are so many options, not sure where to start.please help, thank you for your time and energy.jim

"How It's Made" is going to give you the basic overview and "Making A Small Batch" is going to give you the basic specific step by step. Once you have those basics down, then you can start worrying about all the other "options" to tweak the process to best fit YOUR specific requirements and limitations.
