Hi guys, first post in here and yesterday I had a bad experience mixing methanol and lye in the blender at my basement to make 8 gal of bio. The blender caught fire in no time cause the rubber thing in the bottom melted whith the heat of the mixture. I ran upstair to take the extiguisher and no further problems but oooooo man a I get scared whit those big flames.
So a advise don't use a blender to mix'it.
