Try spraying some WD40 in the intake . You can disable the glow plugs (must or else ) and try a very short burst of starting fluid . Join the forums at www.dieselpage.com and www.oilburners.net for some more info and great discussions .

Update, got truck running, air in hardlines, this is after ruining 2 new fuel filters, replaced that idiotic design with screw-on filter with plastic see through filter before it ala Mercedes. Is running fine, few fine particles in prefilter but not too bad so far. Am now looking for place to tap into coolant for FPHE so I can run some vegoil/diesel blend. Thanks for info. Have acquired new glowplugs and controller, new Flight System Pmd with cooler and 6' extended cable, to be mounted behind front bumper. Was looking at intake manifold but too much of a job with most of my tools in Texas, maybe when I get moved out there I may take off the original Pmd for spare.
