It happened, my trusty old 6.5 Suburban bit the dust. Cracked head/block liner is letting coolant into the piston area, and it has 298,000 miles on it so it's really due a rebuild. Thank goodness it's nothing that running WVO could cause...anyway, please PM if you see a nice diesel Suburban in FL? OR a 1996-1999 6.5 diesel motor I can hear run before buying? If it's on Craigslist then I already looked at it...just looking for the ones sitting on a street corner or someone you know is going to sell...please let me know.
