I am interested in your experience with water injection to control coking. A system that uses exhaust gas temperature (egt) would maybe remove more carbon since the engine would be hot, but it would be nice to have a boost while passing which favors a system based on full throttle. Any one have experience?

a system like you describe, would entale a more advanced electronic computor than most on the market today, but your idea has some merit. so you get busy and do something.10yrs ago you could not buy a good boost referenced system, now they are all over the market, I use a SNOW boost cooler, and it works great, ramps up according to manifold pressure, is adjustable, but an EGT controller, do it have to be more complicated than they are now, simple is good, but more things to breakdown not good! let us say,, you are hauling a heavy trailor up hills, and somthing goes wrong,, you may need a new engine. but you make it anyway and show the world it works!!

Thx Ron
