Much of the time, when the electric car is debated, most don't believe it is a feasible solution. I looked for logical approaches to implementing the EV and came across this author and speaker. The main issues I think of would be price of the vehicles and a reluctance on the part of the consumer to switch vehicles. He mentions that the electricity infrastructure is already set up with all of our homes, making it sound easy, but obviously it would be a long haul to press forward. I found his steps logical for today's demands and overall interesting. What do you think?
Much of our electricity is generated by burning coal, America is the saudi arabia of coal, anything that gets us farther away from the desert devils and that whack job in venezuela, is a good thing.

I'm totally on board with that, in addition wind electricity can be sync'd into the grid to help with the peak loads daily charging cycles present.
