I don'd have one cause I don't use em on food.

I did the test on the stove. Used a small metal pan and weighed it on the triple beam. Added 200g oil over the weight of the pan. Cooked it at 300-350 till had not boiled for 5 min. Re weigh and subtract the pan. This way is easy, since it is easy to convert to % by weight. My oil lost .7g, so it is around .35% water I figure.
