While making our 3 gallon test batch we accidentally overheated heated the oil from the recommened 250 degrees F to 350 degrees F. Will this still allow the process to work or would it break down the oil so it won't work. Thanks for any help. 4020FarmBoy

Hi, doesn't heating the wvo over 212 produce more FFA ?
