The rug and the veggie oil are separating from each other and the oil is going to the bottom.
I have to say I use a lot less than 20 percent diesel for start up and flush on my two tank system. "I don't get it" ---Tom Hanks as Josh in the movie Big. Robert In Fort Lauderdale running a 1995 Dodge Cummins SVO with 63 gallon veggie tank with Vormax. Bio-diesel some times. |

Ive heard this issue before on many different configurations (two tank, on tank, blending etc.)
first thing to do to eleminate some possibilities is to use up your tank and start filling with diesel untill the whole system is nothing but diesel. If problem still exist then you've narrowed the issue down to something beside alternative fuels. Nick,
I wish I could help..but I would need more info and will be leaving for a week in the backwoods on Teus. I suggest you take the above advice and turn off your line heaters and heated filter when you switch to pure diesel. This will help you isolate the problem.
