Here is my 2004.5 Dodge 2500 4X4 with a mechanical pump. I finally have it setup the way I want it, so I figured I would share. Works great.

Truck uses harbor freight polyethylene sprayer tank w/hotfox. HIH up to hi flow 3 port valve, then into pump, hi flow 3 port valve, then 2 Micron filter (with Dana filter wrap not pictured), then into 26 plate heat exchanger, then into CP3 injection pump. Return is HOH, looped on vegetable oil side. Pump runs both the diesel side and svo side. I can monitor everything from fuel PSI to Fuel temp, EGT's etc with the Quadzilla commander monitor on the pillar. Check out the pics.

Moparman13045:
What gear pump did you use for the conversion? How is it going? looks like a teel or similar.

Did you fabricate the mounts for the pump or is it a retrofit?

I used a FUEL BOSS brand pump, sold by glacier diesel performance. It is working out great. The mount came with the pump. It is made for my exact truck. Its definitely a rugged pump though, it can pump just about any thickness of oil it seems.

moparman, do you use your Cp3 for your diesel and WVO driving? Did you keep your stock lift pump setup (glacier diesel says it is only ever used to prime the diesel filter). I'm just curious how you modified your fuel system because i was planning on converting my 2004.5 3500 with similar components but i was planning on using a raptor pump for VO only and then using 2 3way valves (with possibly a 3rd for quick purge) and controlling everything with a VOcontrol unit if i decide to get fancy.
