I use this as my insurance that I have no leakage out of any of my tanks. Uses three aaa battteries. This is left over from my . Sensor can be mounted 56 inches away from base. Produces audible alarm when liquid reaches sensor prongs. Lets me set my automation and sleep good. A must for processors Brand new, never been used

We developed these "shaped" aluminum coil heat exchangers just for use in aquaculture. Simply connect the coils to a heated or chilled source–a solar or gas heater, ground water or even a fireplace–and drop the coil into the tank or pond. These heat exchangers will isolate the pumped fluid (containing anti-freeze, copper or other potentially toxic fluid) from the culture water. Be sure to include an expansion tank, air separation valve and water replacement feed valve.

The pumped fluid gives up its heat over less coil length, due to the turbulence imparted by the convoluted surface of the pipe. Our "shaped" tubing also allows easy bending to fit the application (placing the exchanger in an area of good water movement will improve heat transfer).

These low-cost, aluminum heat exchangers will do a fine job in both temporary and low-corrosive applications. TDH resistance is the total dynamic head pressure at the flow rates shown. For higher flow rates order two or more and operate them in parallel. Be sure to use a sacrificial anode in corrosive liquids. Made in USA.

I built this heated fuel filter following the Frybrid example for a waste vegetable oil conversion on my VW TDI. I used another one that I built for the TDI, which works very well, so this is up for auction. I used a fuel filter head from a 1983 VW diesel, an oil cooler from a 1998 audi. It uses VW diesel fuel filters with water separators that can be purchased at any auto parts store. On line I've found them for as low as $8 each. It uses a metric thread, so I had to use a special die to cut the threads and prepare the filter head to hold the fuel filter. Anyway, its worked well for me and is a much cheaper solution to heating fuel than the expensive models. I think it works just as well.

If I made 14" filter bags, I could make 8.5 filter bags with this length. You're selling this for $49.90. This means I am paying $5.80 for each 14" section that I make. Kindda expensive, don't you think.

I can buy 1 micron filter bags from filterbags.com for $2.75 for a 14" bag and I don't have to worry about cutting and sewing them up.

Just a thought that you might consider lowering the price to make it competitive.
