I knew you'd like it. When I brainstormed a few words using those initials, I knew the obvious technical flaw that Turbine Powered pointed out, but I didn't think of using the word "promotion". It took the 3 of us to put it all together. I guess Natural Oil Pilfering Community might be more accurate in some instances, eh? |

It just occurred to me that since B100 and SVO smell so much better than petrodiesel, we would likely also eventually become known as NOPUKE (LOL). After all, people often comment on the enticing aroma behind an SVO or Biodiesel powered vehicle.

Since we are required to "refine" our waste VO via a filtering and de-watering process to produce fuel, we are infact "producing" a product.

I like the NOPEC idea- let's get a sticker going- I'll plaster it on my window! I also saw a sticker on someone's personal page somewhere- it was something like "corn oil powerered- I guess now we'll have to invade Nebraska..."

I have to agree with Pir8Darryl, we are producing a product I think we should keep "producing" in and "promoting" out. As for invading Nebraska....Why not!
