Running a TDDI on centrifuged WMO
Hi there
I am hearing a lot of stuff over the internet and it is just stuff that dose not add up.

I have a ford transit 2003 which is turbo diesel direct injection
And I am considering processing waste motor oil using a centrifuge oil filter and then adding about 20-25% petrol to the oil to make it the viscosity of diesel

I have been told that the oil will kill the electronics of the pump
I have been told that I will never be able to remove all the carbon properly with the centrifuge filter because some of the carbonation happened at the molecular level and will still be present in the oil after filtration and the consequences of this would mean a build up of carbon inside the injectors and eating all the rubber seals inside the injector pump

Anyone with any inside info on this please

tom, or is it ian......

let me clarify.....

you were not told that the oil would kill the electronics in the pump.
you will never remove the carbon as yes, it is bonded at a molecular level and yes your injectors will coke up quickly
there are no rubber seals in the pump, they are viton seals.
dont forget you were also advised as to the legality of your plan...

lets tell everyone on here what you have done.

you have joined the biggest European based veg oil forum for advice.

because you didnt like that advice, you have called people names, told them they are wrong, complained and generally acted like a little baby because you were told the truth.

now i know these guys on here, and they will make short work of you if you try that with them.

good luck.
