Well I did what John suggested. Stupid me, I should have thought of that. Anyway I did samples of oil before running in the juicer & I did get bubbles & lots of them in some samples. So I ran the batches through the juicer ( heated all of them to 160) & did 3 HPT on each of them. One at the start, middle & end of run. HPT test was much better. No bubbles with the exception of one batch which had a few. So I reran that batch & retested 3 times in the run & no bubbles.
I will say it again I am a happy camper with my juicer. Working very well here.

I HPT all oil before CFing as it helps me determine what my flow rate will be. My flow rates are 3-11gpm. I can do 11gpm because I haven't drilled any holes in my basket, so I have a thicker oil/dirt-water cushion.

I may try sealing the holes & see if I can get it to work. It would be nice if it was faster.
