It seems to be hooked up fine and grounded. Perhaps it's not reading correctly though. I should get a undated therm. But the numbers make sone sense, like they always go up somewhat when I switch to Wvo.

I would still want to verify the actual temp with another source. These temp probes do sometimes go bad.

I have a Mini Temp guage I bought from Ebay.I mounted it in the car ran it thru the fire wall to #5 injector line.I taped probe first with aluminum tape then insulated lines after my injection line heater install. This is the perfect place causes grease can cool down after fphe.If it ain't 160 degrees I don't switch,most times it runs 175.

I do like your idea. I'm curious to know what the temperature readings give you corresponding to the coolant warm up (car temp gauge) and when you switch. You wait to switch until the injector line reads 160? 1984 Mercedes 300SD 1994 Chev 6.5 Suburban |
