Anybody knows if there is a rotary barrel hand pump with a NPT thread, weather 1" or 1 1/4"? I've already gone thru 2 that came with a thread that only fits the suction pipe that they came with, but not my NPT nipple that sits in my small bung (Dana Linscott's design).

My Harbor Freight cheapy is some goofball proprietary crappola made-in-Chinola fitting on the input side. Because no one can match it, I've never even bothered looking at the output side.

Cheers, John

Thank ya'll for the info!
From the responses, and by looking up different rotary pumps on the web, I can still not tell whether or not the inlet thread is a standard National Pipe Thread (NPT), or not. The Harbor Freight for sale on their site now has a 1 1/4 inlet, but, again, they do not specify the thread type.
Can anybody help with that?

I would think you could cut off the section with proprietary threads and then tap the cut end to NPT spec, making a nipple.
