I am looking at a van to buy that has a chevy 6.5 in it with 150K miles. Do they run well on WVO??? Does the engine hold up?? I am told the Ford 7.3L last over 500K miles. Does anyone have a 6.5 that does??

I bought a 94 6.5 converted by the PO. He told me he has about 25k on grease. I've driven it about 1500 so far. So far so good.

But I wanted a surburban. If I was looking at a truck of the same age I'd probably opt for the 7.3.
