Thought this would be of interest. Scientifically rusted environment results in ft/lbs:
None - 516 lbs
WD-40 - 238 lbs
PB Blaster - 214 lbs
Liquid Wrench - 127 - lbs
Kano Kroll - 106 lbs
ATF - Acetone mix - 53 lbs

The ATF-Acetone mix was a "home brew" mix of 50-50 automatic transmission fluid and acetone. Home brew was better than any commercial product in this particular test, according to "Machinist's Workshop Magazine".
