A friend of mine who lives in texas pulls a trailer to car shows and races, and then sells his goods at these automotive events.

Last night in Coos Bay OR, someone broke into his rig and [literally] cleaned him out. The value of the stolen stuff is in the $25k wholesale / $60k retail range, and this loss threatens his financial security. Unfortunately, he is under-insured, so unless the guilty party is brought to justice, he may have to eat the loss, and this is something he is not in a position to do.

The stolen items are ALL custom clothing, and every single piece has the following logo on it:

For the life of me, I cant imagine why some %$&*!-hole would steal something that's sooooo easily identified... But then again, thiefs arent the smartest group of people.

I know this is not VO related, but we are all "car guys", so I figured I'd put the word out just incase someone runs across one of these little gems out there.

If you spot these items, please contact John at sales@jokerracewear.com, or (916) 276-3398.

Your help is GREATLY appreciated

Thanks!

$100 reward for the arrest and conviction of the guilty party.

$1000 reward if you bag him and deliver him to me alive so my friend with the blowtorch and pliers can "work" on him Eek

I'm in Sturgis, SD. right now and had a $500 Arlen Ness leather jacket stolen. Only 8 or 10 people in the bar. During rally I could leave same coat on my bike in the street all day with 800,000 people and it would never be touched. Got the jacket back today. Good luck to your buddy

Try telling a cop/investigator/detective that stuff that was stolen from you is on e-bay. At least they do not ask what e-bay is anymore. If you have police that do more than just give you a report for your insurance, consider yourself lucky. Vendors at the local fair had losses of several thousand dollars over the past weeekend. I have been a licensed peace officer for almost 20 years and pay is only part of the reason I don't make a living that way anymore. News Story
