Has anyone ever attempted to build a homemade dissolved air flotation device? I have a single algae raceway to contains approximately 1,000 to 1,300 gallons. I want to remove the algae biomass from the cultivation medium using a DAF but I don't need the industrial-scale DAFs that exist today. It seems like a somewhat easy concept: dissolve air into a liquid a higher pressure and atmospheric pressure and then inject that liquid in the culture that contains the flocculant aided algae biomass at normal conditions. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am not getting your query... Please explan..
