I made a 3 gallon test batch and was washing it in a 7 gallon container. I used a half gallon of room temp water for the wash because that was proportional to the 500ml used in a 1 liter batch. I kept the same amount of time rotating the container as a small batch wash recommends and the first and fourth washes look the same (white cloudy look). Do I need to lengthen these times? When I poured the water in would it have agitated the biodiesel enough to make soap? I also tried misting with a spray bottle and still get the same result. All the washes I just rotated the container slowly and kept splashing to a minimum so anybody with an idea of what might have gone wrong or if anything did. Please respond. Also if I did make soap what is the easiest way to get it out in the small batches. Thanks 4020FarmBoy
